Carol has an Advanced Human Resource Management Diploma and a Master of Arts in Interdisciplinary Studies from Royal Roads University. She received her initial coach training through Core Alignment Coaching in 2007 and certification as an Appreciative Inquiry Coach in 2015. She holds the International Coaching Federation designation of Master Certified Coach (MCC). Her experience as a Director of Business Operations for a large international real estate development company provides the depth of understanding of the complexities of leadership at the highest level.
