Background & Experience
Sean began his career in training and management before building his own business and developing a career centered on coaching and helping others reach their personal and professional goals. He has been an executive coach with Cadence for more than seven years, working with leaders and professionals across a range of industries. His work includes executive coaching, 360 assessments and debriefs, leadership and communication training, facilitation and internal coach training. Sean’s approach is shaped by more than two decades of working closely with people and recognizing subtle patterns and finding ways to help clients move forward.
