Background & Experience
Marten's coaching journey grew out of nearly three decades as an entrepreneur and business leader, including co-founding and running Pantheon Enterprises, where he built global training programs and mentored 200+ sales and marketing professionals. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Arizona State University and became an ICF Certified Professional Coach through the World Coaching Institute, logging over 2,000 hours of guided coaching. He holds a 16PF Questionnaire Certification and Cadence's Senior Trainer Program Certification, and draws on 360-degree feedback and aptitude assessments to help clients build practical, lasting leadership skills.
