Connie Pacifico

Connie began her career in banking and went on to hold leadership roles across three leading financial institutions. Over more than 15 years in leadership, she led high-performing sales and operations teams and contributed to cultural and process transformations, customer experience initiatives and organizational change.

Since 2018, Connie has worked as an executive coach and facilitator with leaders across financial services, professional services, healthcare, manufacturing, telecommunications, media and entertainment, public sector and crown corporations. She holds an MBA and is an ICF Professional Certified Coach (PCC). She is also a mentor-coach in a university coaching program and draws on training in adult learning, organizational psychology and systems thinking. She is certified in Birkman, Hogan Suites, Leadership Circle 360, Strength Deployment Inventory (SDI) and Influence Style Indicator (ISI).

Connie takes a direct, thoughtful and practical approach to coaching, creating space for leaders to step back, see situations from a broader perspective and explore what may be getting in their way. She combines thoughtful challenge with genuine support, helping clients recognize patterns, question assumptions and strengthen their discernment. Whether navigating a transition, complex relationships, competing priorities or organizational change, clients leave with greater clarity about what matters, a stronger sense of choice and practical actions they can put into place.
