Bonnie Henault is an Executive Coach and Leadership Development Consultant who brings over 20 years of experience working with leaders, professionals, teams and organizations across the private, public and not-for-profit sectors. As the owner of Transformative Coaching & Consulting, Bonnie works with leaders from emerging professionals to C-Suite executives, helping them strengthen their leadership, increase their impact and move more fully into their potential. Bonnie is also part of the executive coaching networks for EY Canada and Cadence Leadership and works with Clearview Training as a facilitator and coach. Her earlier experience as a business advisor, consultant and leadership coach gives her a practical understanding of the realities and challenges of leading within organizations.
