Michelle Rakshys is Cadence’s Vice President of Learning and Development. She has over 20 years of corporate leadership in Business Operations, Diversity and Inclusion, Product and Engineering Management, and Marketing. Her varied experience working with top company executives and managing teams shapes the way she guides clients and delivers advice during training sessions.
Background & Experience
Throughout her career, Michelle Rakshys has partnered with executives to solve complex business challenges, drive organizational effectiveness, and build high-performing teams. She currently serves as Vice President of Learning & Development at Cadence Leadership & Communication. Previously, she spent nine years at Amazon, including roles as Chief of Staff and Senior Manager of Business Operations, where she supported executive leaders and led initiatives spanning strategy, operations, product development, and organizational change. Michelle's experience also includes leadership roles within Oracle's Marketing Cloud. She holds a master's degree from New York University, a bachelor's degree from King's College, and certifications in Diversity, Equity and Inclusion, Project Management, and Women's Leadership. She also serves as Treasurer and a Trustee of the Mensa Foundation.
