10 Years of Cadence: A Decade of Impact

This October, Cadence Leadership + Communication is celebrating 10 years.

A decade of working with leaders, teams and organizations to communicate more effectively, navigate change, and build healthier, stronger workplaces. A decade of conversations, challenges, lessons, relationships and, most importantly, people.

We’re incredibly proud of how far Cadence has come, and grateful to everyone who has been part of the story.

You trusted us with your leaders, your teams, your challenges and your opportunities. You invited us into important conversations and gave us the chance to contribute to the work you were doing.

To mark this milestone, we asked our Founder and CEO, Aram Arslanian, to share a few words:

When Cadence started in 2016, it was just me, a notebook, and a cellphone. Now, ten years later, we’re a team of 40 operating out of five different countries. There was never a plan to build towards this. In fact, there literally was no plan. All I had was a gut feeling and the kindness of people who were willing to support a new business by saying “Yes”. 

For some, that “Yes” was taking my call, making an introduction or referral, giving advice, or offering an opportunity. For others, it was saying “Yes” to taking a leap of faith and joining a company that wasn’t established. For my nearest and dearest, that “Yes” was providing a sounding board and encouragement.  

Thank you for your “Yes”. You made a difference and helped Cadence achieve this milestone.

As we look to the future, we’re eager to continue growing our impact and developing new ways to support leaders and teams. While the tools and challenges may change, the need for effective leadership and meaningful communication remains constant.
