Our commitment to community extends beyond our workplace. Our team actively contributes to the communities around us through volunteer efforts and charitable giving. We encourage employees to make an impact by offering 12 paid days off annually to volunteer, along with matching employee donations.
We also prioritize employee wellbeing through flexible time-off policies, including unlimited vacation and paid personal days, as well as an unpaid leave of absence option. This ensures that employees have the space they need to manage both personal and professional priorities.
We continue to support initiatives like our Pink Tax offset program, which helps address the higher costs often associated with products marketed toward women and those who menstruate.
