Bettina’s background includes senior leadership roles within global organizations where she led large, multicultural teams and complex strategic initiatives. Her experience spans corporate operations, leadership development, and organizational transformation. Today, she designs and facilitates executive and leadership coaching and training programs that help individuals and teams align culture, capability, and performance. Fluent in English, Spanish, and Papiamento, and proficient in Dutch, Bettina brings a strategic yet empathetic perspective and a deep understanding of cross-cultural dynamics to every engagement. Bettina is an International Coaching Federation (ICF)–certified coach, an EQ Emotional Intelligence Coach through the College of Executive Coaching, and a certified practitioner of EQ-i 2.0 and EQ 360 assessments. She is also a Gallup Certified Strengths Coach, integrating evidence-based frameworks into her coaching practice to build leadership capacity and authentic influence.
